About the Job Travel Sales Specialist
We are a professional travel services company dedicated to designing seamless and memorable travel experiences. From leisure vacations to group travel and business trips, we provide clients with personalized planning, expert guidance, and exceptional service.
We are seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Travel Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs, recommend tailored solutions, and manage the booking process from start to finish. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, skilled in building relationships, and motivated by delivering excellent service.
Consult with clients to identify travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
Present travel options and promote destinations, packages, and experiences.
Book flights, accommodations, cruises, and activities with accuracy.
Deliver detailed itineraries and ensure smooth client experiences.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and industry developments.
Previous sales, travel, or hospitality experience preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using booking tools or willing to learn quickly.
Passion for travel and helping others plan meaningful journeys.
