Role Overview As a Ldr- RN Ambulatory, you will provide leadership to a team of four or more staff members, including RNs, MAs, and CSRs, while also delivering compassionate patient care as a Registered Nurse. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality care, effective team coordination, and clinical excellence within our ambulatory setting. What You Will Do Provide leadership to a team of RNs, MAs, CSRs, and other support staff, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of patient care. Perform duties of a Registered Nurse, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Delegate tasks and supervise nursing staff to maintain high standards of care and patient safety. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care. Demonstrate clinical competence and analytical abilities in formulating nursing care plans. Qualifications What You Will Need Required Qualifications Graduate from a school of nursing. Successful completion of HFHS (Parent Operating Group) Pharmacology test. Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. Two to three years of nursing experience in a clinical environment. Demonstrated leadership ability. Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills, including working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
