Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Hold a valid Special Education teaching credential or licensure
• Proven experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferably at the elementary level
• Strong knowledge of current special education best practices, IEP development, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective instructional plans for students with special needs in a resource setting
• Support students’ progress toward IEP goals through tailored interventions and accommodations
• Work closely with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
