I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I spent three years working for another State Farm agent, which gave me a strong understanding of the business and what it takes to build a successful office. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and spending weekends watching sports. I’m also a parent to two kids, ages 8 and 6, so maintaining balance between work and family is something I truly value. For our team, we offer a 401k with a 3% match, a monthly health stipend, licensing reimbursement after six months, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We also enjoy team lunches once a month as a way to connect and celebrate wins together. Our office culture is goal-driven and performance-focused. We’re looking for sales-minded individuals who are motivated, competitive, and eager to grow in a role where effort and results are rewarded. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kevin Kelly - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
