Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Clarity Pulse Care Counseling, LLC, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough clinical assessments, including client interviews and history reviews, to identify mental health issues and create individualized treatment plans. \n
- Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address diverse mental health concerns, adapting techniques based on client needs. \n
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring seamless communication within the treatment team. \n
- Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to create an integrated treatment approach for clients. \n
- Providing education and supportive resources to clients and their families, helping them navigate the challenges associated with mental health and substance use. \n
- Participating in regular case reviews and peer supervision meetings to continuously improve treatment efficacy and patient outcomes. \n
- Staying current with developments in mental health treatment and integrating new knowledge into your practice to enhance client care. \n
- Managing a full caseload effectively while maintaining a focus on achieving treatment goals collaboratively with clients. \n
You will work closely with a diverse clientele in a detox setting, including individuals facing substance abuse challenges, as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. This environment requires you to be adaptable and sensitive to the unique needs of each client, utilizing tailored approaches to facilitate their recovery journey.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university. \n
- A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New York. \n
- A minimum of three years of prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly focused on providing psychotherapy services. \n
- In-depth knowledge of solution-focused interventions and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques. \n
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with team members. \n
