About the role
As an Inventory Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily Inventory Control operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, driving compliance, and supporting cross-functional warehouse activities. We will count on you to act as the primary escalation point and provides leadership in process execution, discrepancy resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Along the way, you will get to:
- Assign and prioritize daily IC workload (cycle counts, adjustments, serial validation, audits)
- Provide real-time support and direction to Inventory Specialists
- Ensure coverage for critical reports (e.g., ADJ, compliance tracking)
- Monitor productivity and ensure alignment with operational expectations
