Optimum Staffing Solutions is partnered with a growing manufacturing company in Springtown, TX that is looking to add a Press Brake Operator to their team! Skills you need:
- Minimum 2 years of press brake operating experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience using calipers, tape measures, angle gauges, and other inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- CNC press brake experience is a plus
- Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders
- Select proper tooling and machine settings to meet production requirements
- Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Perform first piece, in process, and final inspections
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate equipment concerns as needed
- Work closely with fabrication, welding, and production teams to meet deadlines
