Optimum Staffing Solutions is partnered with a growing manufacturing company in Springtown, TX that is looking to add a Press Brake Operator to their team!

Skills you need:

Minimum 2 years of press brake operating experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience using calipers, tape measures, angle gauges, and other inspection tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
CNC press brake experience is a plus

What you will do:

Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal components
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders
Select proper tooling and machine settings to meet production requirements
Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Perform first piece, in process, and final inspections
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate equipment concerns as needed
Work closely with fabrication, welding, and production teams to meet deadlines
