Description:
Stevens High School is seeking a Special Education Case Manager to manage and deliver services to students with Individualized Education Plans.

Job Summary:

Facilitate the special education process following NHDOE regulations
Implement research based instructional practices aligned to student goals
Effectively communicate with staff and families

Qualifications:
Certified Special Educator
