Financial Controller Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 36.06 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, cash management, banking, vendors, and financial records.
• Manage Arizona Managed Care SNF billing and revenue cycle management, including collections and reporting.
• Develop and maintain effective cash management, accounting, billing, and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure timely transaction processing and accurate weekly/monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and management reports.
• Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate financial and QMS audits and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Develop customized financial and operational reports as needed.
• Monitor overall financial performance and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, automation, and efficiency.

Financial Controller Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of accounting experience.
• Strong experience with Arizona Managed Care SNF billing and Revenue Cycle Management.
• QMS auditing experience.
• Experience developing and implementing accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, including SAP or comparable platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and forecasting.
