Required Skills

• Proven experience as an Operating Room or Surgical Tech with several years of recent, multi-specialty experience in a high-volume surgical setting.
• Extensive knowledge of orthopedic procedures, trauma, sports medicine, and Level I trauma cases.
• Proficiency with Epic electronic medical records systems.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork, and communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Da Vinci robotic surgical systems.
• Prior travel healthcare experience.
• Ability to float between outpatient operating rooms and multiple surgical specialties.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential.
• Several years of recent OR experience, including Level I trauma cases and orthopedic surgeries.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Epic and robotic surgical systems.

Other Requirements

• Level I Trauma experience is mandatory.
• Must be eligible for licensure and certification in our state.
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts of 12 hours, Monday through Friday, with call coverage including nights and weekends.
• May be required to float to outpatient operating rooms on the 2nd Floor.
