Job Description Must be 16 years or older to apply. A Team Member's role is an opportunity to gain life experience in a friendly environment. As a Team Member, your responsibilities could include: Interacting with guests both inside the restaurant or outside in the drive thru Preparing and packaging food safely, quickly, and efficiently while maintaining Chick-fil-A's high level of quality standards Keeping work areas and customer areas neat, clean, and organized at all times Working safely around equipment and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to leadership immediately Adhering to strict food safety standards and general safety standards Maintaining personal knowledge of proper procedures and keeping up-to-date on new product procedures Accurately preparing and packaging food for catering and in-store orders Maintaining a high level of customer service, product quality and consistency Following industry-leading sanitation and safety procedures Working with fellow team members to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction Modeling and supporting clear communications between the front of house and kitchen staffs Carrying out instructions given by the leadership team and Operator Modeling the Restaurant's Core Values and mission in all activities Qualifications & Requirements Full time or part time position available Must be available a minimum of 3 days a week, with two of those days including Friday & Saturday Must be available a minimum of 15 hours per week No Experience Necessary: Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds.
