Job Title: Registered Nurse – Cath Lab
Location: Tucson, AZ
Position Type: Contract / Full-Time (Local Candidates Only)
Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: Up to $2,400 per week

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Cardiac Catheterization Lab team at a respected hospital in Tucson, Arizona . This is a day shift role designed for local candidates only . The ideal candidate will have strong Cath Lab experience, the ability to respond to STEMI calls, and a solid understanding of advanced cardiac equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac catheterization procedures.

• Monitor patient status and vital signs throughout procedures.

• Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.

• Administer medications and manage IV lines as needed.

• Respond quickly to emergency situations, including STEMI alerts.

• Operate and monitor specialized Cath Lab equipment, including Impella, IABP, and ANARI.

• Document nursing care accurately in accordance with hospital policies and regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Arizona (or compact license).

• Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN experience required.

• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association).

• Experience with STEMI response protocols.

• Proficient in operating Impella , Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) , and ANARI systems.

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
