du fungierst als Ansprechperson für alle Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden bei Fragen zu ihrem Anstellungsverhältnis
du bist verantwortlich für alle administrativen Aufgaben im gesamten HR-Lifecycle (On- und Offboarding, Ausstellung von Zeugnissen und Verträgen, Zeit- und Absenzenmanagement)
du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung beim Recruiting
du unterstützt unsere Head of Finance beim monatlichen Lohnlauf
du unterstützt unseren Head of Marketing bei Employer Branding Massnahmen
du organisierst eigenständig Teamevents
du bist verantwortlich für das Office Management (z.B. Beantwortung von Fragen der Untermieter, Bestellung von Materialien)
du bist Ansprechperson für Behörden und Versicherungen

Dieser Job ist für dich, wenn

du bereits Erfahrung im HR gesammelt hast, idealerweise in einem KMU der Informatikbranche
du von Vorteil eine Ausbildung im HR-Bereich mitbringst (z.b. HR-Assistentin)
du über eine strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise verfügst und immer den Überblick über Termine und Fristen behälst
du fliessend Deutsch und Englisch sprichst
du von Vorteil bereits mit den Tools Personio und Odoo gearbeitet hast
