Machine Packaging Operator / Process/Mix Room Operator (1st Shift)

Location: Provo, UT
Pay: $19.50/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift (Day Shift)
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay

Position Overview

We are hiring for Machine Packaging Operator and Process/Mix Room Operator roles within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Machine Packaging Operator and Process/Mix Room Operator positions are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production line equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Packaging Operator

• Operate automated packaging equipment on a production line
• Monitor product quality and ensure packaging meets company standards
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
• Maintain line speed and efficiency targets
• Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment
• Document production data and report any issues

Process/Mix Room Operator

• Measure and mix raw materials according to production formulas
• Operate blending, batching, and mixing equipment
• Monitor temperature, consistency, and quality of product batches
• Follow strict safety and quality control procedures
• Maintain accurate records of materials and production runs
• Clean and sanitize mix room equipment between batches

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Schedule

• 1st Shift (Day Shift)
• Full-time hours with potential overtime

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $19.50/hour
