Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN Schedule: Saturday 10:00pm-6:00am. Location/Setting: Sandy Springs, GA 30350. Age Range: Infant. Acuity: Low, Feeding Tube. Qualifications Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
