Talent Acquisition SpecialistManage full-cycle of the talent acquisition process for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring processConduct phone screens and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, career goals, and overall fitBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, and outreach initiativesPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesMaintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to deliver an exceptional candidate experiencePresent qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews, feedback, and hiring decisionsExtend offers and support candidates through onboarding processCreate and manage engaging job postings across multiple recruiting sitesUtilize LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and other social media channels to attract qualified candidatesAssist with developing creative recruitment campaigns, referral initiatives, and talent attraction strategies to attract qualified candidatesRepresent Maguire's at career fairs, networking events, and college recruitment events as appropriateMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system and internal databasesTrack recruiting metrics, hiring activity, and pipeline progressAssist with process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency and help improve the overall candidate experienceCollaborate with internal departments to support workforce planning and staffing initiativesBachelor's degree preferred3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, staffing, human resources, or a related field preferredExperience managing full-cycle recruitment is strongly preferredExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsStrong relationship-building and networking abilitiesHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentComfortable using applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google WorkspaceExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms is preferredSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityComputer software: Microsoft Office to include Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, CDK, and QuickBooks, DMS (Dealer Management System).Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands to grasp, handle or feel, push, pull, reach, crouch, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists.Mental and visual attention required to perform work dealing primarily with preparing and analyzing data and figures, using a computer terminal, and reading.Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.Light exertion can involve sitting, walking and/or standing most of the time.Work is performed in an office setting.Occasional weekend and evening hours are required.Hazards: Slips, trips and falls, ergonomic injuries, and occasional lifting.Safety Precautions: Breaks are encouraged to allow for stretching and training is provided covering slips, trips, and falls, safe lifting and stretching techniques.
