Machine Operator

Pay: $20-$30/hr (Based on Experience)

Schedule

2nd Shift Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM

Overtime available as needed. Training will be conducted on day shift.

1st Shift Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. The Machine Operator will assist with operating production equipment, handling materials, performing quality checks, and supporting daily production goals while following safety and quality standards. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to company procedures.
• Load and unload materials and finished products.
• Follow work instructions to meet production and quality requirements.
• Perform visual inspections and basic measurements to ensure product quality.
• Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with other manufacturing and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools and perform simple quality checks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team environment and learn new skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.

Work Environment

Manufacturing and fabrication facility utilizing a variety of production equipment and machinery. The facility is not climate controlled and utilizes overhead cranes and forklifts throughout the shop. Employees must follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of York Haven, PA.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
