Primary Care PhysicianThe newest Primary Care Physician at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH) will join a group of experienced, dedicated, and compassionate medical providers to provide high-quality primary care to some of the most vulnerable patients in the Denver metro area. This physician will care for individuals currently or formerly experiencing homelessness in fast-paced, exciting, and varied environments. No two days are the same. This position will serve across various programs including the Stout Street Health Center, the Recuperative Care Center, Street Medicine, home visits, Health Outreach Program (mobile clinic), and satellite clinics. The physician will deliver care using the principles of motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and trauma-Informed care to support patients in achieving better health outcomes.Site with Opening: Colorado Coalition for the Homeless Denver, COHiring Organization: Colorado Coalition for the HomelessSalary: $212,591.00 - $228,544.00 annuallyQualifications: Demonstrated experience caring for patients experiencing homelessness, substance use disorders, poverty and/or mental illness. Current licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the State of Colorado as a physician. Current DEA licensure. Medical Degree or Doctor of Osteopathy Degree from an accredited school of medicine. Completion of an accredited Residency Program in the physician's specialty. Board Certified or Board Eligible status in the physician's speciality.
