What Youll Do

• Build meaningful relationships with customers by understanding their needs preferences and lifestyle.

• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process with a professional consultative approach.

• Become a Cadillac product expert confidently presenting vehicle features advanced technology and the latest innovations.

• Deliver engaging high-quality vehicle demonstrations and personalized test drives.

• Engage with customers through showroom visits phone calls text messages emails and online inquiries.

• Proactively manage leads follow up with prospective buyers and identify new sales opportunities.

• Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain relationships and deliver consistent follow-up.

• Create an exceptional ownership experience that encourages repeat business referrals and long-term customer loyalty.

• Collaborate with sales management and other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales performance goals.

• Previous sales experience preferred. Automotive sales experience is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid drivers license automobile insurance and an acceptable driving record.
