The Vintage LBC is a neighborhood wine and cheese bar in Bixby Knolls serving approachable, elevated food in a warm and community-centered environment. Our menu includes curated cheese and charcuterie boards, pinsas, bruschette, sandwiches, salads, nibbles, and shareable plates.

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Kitchen Cook to help execute our food menu with consistency, care, and pride. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working in a small kitchen, can stay organized during service, and understands that simple food still needs to be prepared beautifully and thoughtfully.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and execute menu items including boards, pinsas, bruschette, sandwiches, salads, dips, dressings, nibbles, and small plates

Complete daily and weekly prep such as spreads, dressings, sauces, garnishes, produce, cheese portions, and other menu components

Assemble cheese and charcuterie boards with attention to presentation, portioning, balance, and consistency

Follow recipes, build guides, plating standards, and prep procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen throughout the shift

Track low inventory items and communicate prep or ordering needs

Help receive, label, rotate, and store ingredients properly

Work efficiently during busy periods while keeping quality high

Support a positive, respectful, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous kitchen, prep cook, line cook, café, wine bar, deli, or restaurant experience preferred

Comfort working with cheese, charcuterie, breads, salads, sandwiches, and small plates

Strong attention to detail and presentation

Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency

Clean, organized, and dependable work habits

Comfort working independently in a small kitchen

Ability to lift, stand, bend, and move throughout the shift

Food Handler Card required or willingness to obtain one before starting

Weekend and evening availability strongly preferred
