Job Summary Full-Time Flooring and Sales Specialist at The Carpet Garage in Bismarck, ND. About The Carpet Garage We align with the nation’s leading brand-name makers of flooring. We purchase by the truckload and buy in large volume to pass savings on to our valued customers. We maintain a large inventory so customers can take home and install flooring the same day. Responsibilities Assist customers as they look for their dream flooring and help determine the best options for their projects. Provide product knowledge and share expertise with customers. Sales experience preferred, though not required; show readiness to learn and use tools provided by the team. Meet or exceed sales goals. Schedule We’re flexible with scheduling, but employees must be available to work weekends and peak sales holidays. The store is closed on Sundays. Compensation Commission-based compensation with a draw. Estimated wage range: $41,000 – $62,000 per year.
