An innovative outpatient healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its team in beautiful Northern Idaho.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants to practice true outpatient primary care with more time to spend with patients, an emphasis on preventive and root-cause medicine, and a predictable schedule.

Unlike a traditional fee-for-service clinic or urgent care environment, this practice is designed around quality, value-based care, and patient outcomesnot productivity quotas.

• Focus on preventive care, root-cause medicine, and long-term patient relationships
• Full-scope Family Medicine serving patients of all ages
• No traditional insurance billing or insurance credentialing
• No productivity-based model

Your Schedule & Role

• MondayFriday, 7:00 AM4:00 PM
• 1015 patients per day
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or call
• Outpatient primary care
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients
• Medication management
• Minor in-office procedures
• Care for patients across the lifespan
• Emphasis on root-cause and value-based medicine
• More time with patients than a typical high-volume primary care or urgent care setting
