Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at a busy hospital. The ideal candidate will operate advanced CT imaging equipment and provide independent, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of CT scans utilizing GE 64 slice and Siemens Dual Source scanners.
• Administer IVs and contrast agents while following safety and procedural protocols.
• Document imaging procedures accurately in Meditech and Fuji Synapse PACs systems.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including dress code and unit-specific guidelines.
• Maintain certification requirements and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active ARRT (R) in CT certification.
• Possess BLS certification.
• Have at least 2 years of relevant CT imaging experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with GE and Siemens CT scanners.
• Able to start IVs and perform all general and specialized CT procedures, including stroke and vascular scans.
• Qualified candidates must be able to independently function in a fast-paced hospital environment.
