Accounting AssistantServiceMaster Green is a values-driven, growing, locally owned ServiceMaster franchise, with hundreds of employees offering commercial janitorial and carpet cleaning services throughout the Des Moines Metro area. We currently are accepting résumés for the part time position of Accounting Assistant.Job responsibilities include assisting in all areas of the Accounting Department, including:Customer invoicing and billing, including some follow-up collection callsManage general ledger, including reconciling accounts and monthly adjustmentsProcessing transactions related to ServiceMaster franchise feesOther duties as assignedRequirements include:High level of competency using QuickBooks Desktop Pro and ExcelStrong organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skillsAble to multitask with limited supervisionCommunicate effectively, professionally, and accurately in verbal and written EnglishMinimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar positionOur business has experienced solid growth for several years, and we anticipate continued, long-term growth.
