Required Skills

• Medical degree and board certification in Anesthesiology
• Comfortable with regional anesthesia techniques
• Experience supervising Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and occasionally working solo
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver exceptional patient care

Nice to Have Skills

• Pediatric anesthesia experience (not required, but a plus)
• Prior experience in outpatient or general anesthesia settings

Preferred Education and Experience

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with valid anesthesia certification
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience in a hospital or surgical center setting

Other Requirements

• Availability for a minimum of 3 weeks per month, Monday to Friday, with 10-hour shifts preferred
• Call availability is negotiable and can be performed from home
• No responsibility for pediatric, neonatal, or premies cases
• Must hold current state medical license and certifications; travel and licensure reimbursements available when applicable
