Regional CDL-A Driver - PTO accrues from day one

This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week.
Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $78,000.

• Hourly pay: $18 per hour
• Holiday pay per day: $230
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time

Automatically Approved Eligible Activities:

• Cent per mile rate: $0.59-$0.66
• Detention pay: $22-$28 per hour
• Drop and hook pay: $24 per stop
• Live load/unload per stop: $41
• Hazmat per load: $30
• Refrigerated per load: $35

Manually Entered and Manager Approved Eligible Activities:

• Mechanical breakdown: $22 per hour
• Crosstown moves: $20 per move
• Dwell moves: $20 per move
• Early shutdown pay: $22 per hour
• Empty move pay: $20 per move
• Empty search pay: $22 per hour
• Mandatory meeting pay: $28 per hour
• Rail delay pay: $22 per hour
• Refused delivery pay: $24 per occurrence
• Restacking pay: $22 per hour
• Rework: $22 per hour
• Safety training: $22 per hour
• Short haul pay: $17 per load
• New hire training pay: $22 per hour
• Truck order not used: $20 per occurrence
• Spotting: $22 per hour
• Yard work pay: $22 per hour
• Compliance training pay: $21 per hour
• Weekly home time
