POSITION SPECIFICS ​

Join University Health Services (UHS) and play a vital role in supporting daily operations, senior leadership, and workforce member services. This position is ideal for a highly organized, service-oriented professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating key administrative functions, and collaborating with partners across the University.

University Health Services (UHS) is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership, workforce member onboarding and offboarding, meeting coordination, and communications. This position serves as a key administrative partner to the Senior Director and collaborates regularly with managers and supervisors, the Compliance Specialist, and partners across Student Affairs.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, responsive, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with internal departments and university partners. This is an in-person position at University Park.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for new and departing workforce members.

• Support annual training activities and maintain accurate documentation.

• Provide meeting support for multiple UHS committees and workgroups.

• Support accreditation standards in partnership with the Compliance Specialist and Senior Director.

• Provide calendar management and administrative support to the Senior Director.

• Help manage UHS-wide communication and correspond with external inquiries.

• Create and update electronic health record schedules in partnership with multiple UHS departments.

• Complete purchasing transactions in accordance with University policy and provide other unit-based finance support.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS) 2+ years of relevant experience; Relevant education accepted in lieu of experience Required Certifications: None

BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES

SALARY & BENEFITS

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $40,608.00 - $58,836.00.
