Responsibilities

• As the enterprise client work transitions to FAST, this person will be responsible for building out the enterprise client brief work, delivering automated, AI generated briefs for the enterprise client team to prep for meetings

Qualifications
Full stack developer (front and back end). AWS, AI (prompt refinement and agent building).


Currently, this team is taking over a new function focused on creating "executive briefs" for enterprise clients. These briefs are designed to support senior leadership-such as Managing Directors and other senior executives-when preparing for meetings with key enterprise clients like Banking or Morningstar.
The goal is to create a streamlined and effective process for developing pre-meeting materials. This involves close collaboration with the Enterprise Client Team, which currently handles much of this preparation manually. For example, if a senior executive is scheduled to meet with a leader at Morningstar in two weeks, the team gathers relevant historical interactions, key insights, and strategic talking points, then compiles that information into a structured document.
At present, this process is highly manual, involving data analysis, research, and document creation. We have begun experimenting with AI to improve efficiency-leveraging large language models to compile data into a standardized executive brief format. While initial work has been completed, this effort is now transitioning to my team.
Team has a need for a technical resource to support this initiative and help further develop and scale the solution. Specifically, we need someone who can:

• Refine prompts and improve the quality of outputs from our AI workflows (currently leveraging AWS tools)
• Enhance how data is structured and utilized within the system
• Help design and build a more seamless end-user experience

Ultimately, the vision is to move from a manual, back-and-forth process to a more integrated solution-potentially a user-facing interface or chatbot that enables the Enterprise Client Team to generate executive briefs efficiently.
From a technical perspective, we seek a Full Stack Developer who can contribute both to the front-end user experience and the underlying AI-driven workflow. We welcome candidates with various technical backgrounds, including experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular) and cloud-based AI tools.
This position will be based in Malvern with a hybrid work model.
