Your Daily Duties Will Include:

• Supporting surgical operations by meticulously preparing and organizing the OR
• Ensuring sterile environments and following strict infection control measures
• Assisting surgeons and their teams by passing instruments and supplies promptly
• Managing and maintaining surgical tools and equipment throughout each procedure
• Overseeing inventory and guaranteeing readiness for each surgical event
• Working in collaboration with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical personnel for seamless patient care
• Documenting surgical counts diligently to maintain accuracy

What You'll Need:

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary

Required Certifications:

• Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is essential
• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days post-hire)
