Meet your new daily puzzle: as Corporate Filing Support at Corporate Tools, you’re the engine behind smooth, stress-free filings. You’ll grab, upload, and manage all the vital documents for IRS and compliance submissions—making sure everything’s on point.

You’ll be a logistics guru, a detective, and a client whisperer. You’ll know when to ask questions, when to double-check, and how to translate legalese into plain English for our clients. Keeping things accurate, organized, and timely is essential. You’ll spot missing information, thrive in fast-paced settings, and enjoy checking off a full to-do list. You’ll be comfortable communicating with clients and teammates across email and phone, and ready to jump in to solve the next curveball. Detail-oriented, proactive, and a clear communicator are key.

This job is coded as “Flex” which means the company does not currently require this position to be performed in office.

Wage
$16.50/hour

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and upload required or missing filing documentation into company software
• Keep client files up to date by consistently documenting client interactions and documentation
• Communicate clearly and promptly with filings team when problems arise or assistance is needed
• Answer inbound client inquiries over the phone and via email; help educate clients on their corporate filing requirements and complete filing forms
• Learn and retain knowledge on filing specific requirements
• Manage and submit all IRS filings and compliance filings as needed
• Meet position metrics for filings/upload work with minimal errors

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and quick learner
• Strong customer service skills, clear and concise communicator
• Knowledge of computers and the ability to navigate systems to gather information; duties are performed almost 100% online
• Collaborative and coachable
