Job TitleLocation: Chicago, ILHours: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am (Mon to Fri)Possible move to 2nd shift and weekends - flexibility is required2nd shift: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (Mon - Fri)Weekend Shift: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am (Sat - Sun) with alternating 6:00 am - 10:00 pm/11:00 am - 3:00 pm (Friday) scheduleResponsibilitiesExecute quality holds, investigations, and corrective actionsMaintain accurate and compliant quality documentation and recordsSupport food safety and quality systems within manufacturing operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to standardsMonitor production processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsAssist in audits and continuous improvement initiativesRequirements3–5 years of experience in: Quality Assurance / Quality Control, Food Safety, Manufacturing / Production environmentsHands-on experience with: Quality holds, Investigations and root cause analysis, Documentation and reportingStrong understanding of production processes and quality compliancePreferred SkillsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in: Food Science, Quality, Manufacturing or related fieldFamiliarity with: QCMS (Quality Management Systems), HACCP, FSSC (Food Safety System Certification)
