Quality Manager

Responsible for overseeing and ensuring an organization’s products or services meet established quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.Ensure consistent product quality through existing and new quality systems; work closely with procurement, engineering, operations, and suppliers to maintain a robust, compliant, and continuously improving supply chain, ensuring that materials, components, and services from external suppliers meet required quality, regulatory, and performance standards. In addition, he/she will be responsible for overseeing supplier performance, conducting audits, resolves quality issues, and ensures suppliers meet company and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Develop quality standards and procedures to meet customer and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, ISO14001) and ensure compliance across all operations Supplier qualification & management leading supplier approval, qualification, and monitoring processes based on supplier quality agreements and specifications Monitor and evaluate quality performance , develop and tracking KPIs, conducting audits, analyzing quality data, and prepare reports for senior management Manage quality control processes , including inspections, testing, and evaluation at various stages of production Lead and train staff on quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives Investigate customer complaints driving root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, to address quality issues and improve processes Maintain documentation such as quality manuals, compliance reports, and statistical reviews Participate in senior management reviews and influencing business plans and key performance indicators Qualifications Work experience: 7+ years of quality management experience with at least 3 years in supplier quality and ISO certification Educational background : Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, or a related field Technical skills : Strong knowledge of ISO standards, supplier auditing, quality systems, quality control methods and the regulatory environment Leadership and management : Ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and foster a culture of continuous improvement Analytical and problem-solving skills : Capable of identifying quality issues, statistical analysis, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective solutions Communication skills : Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple departments, suppliers, and clients Attention to detail : Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer requirements What We Offer Competitive pay and benefits package Paid time off: vacation, sick time holidays, etc 401 (k) with company match On-the-job training and career development Opportunities to advance to specialized roles A supportive team environment within a growing company #J-18808-Ljbffr Frontrunner Bus Group, Inc.
