Legal Support Specialist

Austin, TexasJob DescriptionPillsbury’s Austin office seeks a Legal Support Specialist to provide administrative support to all practice groups within the Austin office. This position supports Attorneys, Paralegals, and Legal Practice Coordinators with overflow work and helps to cover absences.Primary Responsibilities:Attorney time entry and editing pre-bills.Creating, revising, and formatting legal documents.Preparing expense reports, check requests, and new business memos. Mailings and creation of binders.Entering contacts and maintaining electronic files.Assisting with travel arrangements and scheduling meetings. Conducting research as needed.Providing back-up coverage for other Legal Support Specialists.
