LIFE OF A TMS SUMMER INTERN

Here at tms , we care about our people, and we want to help foster their skills into the best they can be. The tms Summer Internship Program aims to do just that. Each year, we seek to build an inclusive program that not only offers hands‑on experience working with clients and cross-functional teams alike but also promotes numerous networking and relationship building opportunities with industry leaders, mentors, and peers across the business. Throughout the summer, as an intern at tms , you will take part in real client projects and will work together with the other tms interns on a Capstone project, which will be “pitched” to the agency at program end. As an intern, you will also have the opportunity to take part in various panels, lunch & learns, and group activities, all centered on providing you with career tips, guidance, and best practices . INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Analytics Agentic AI Intern: We're looking for a motivated, analytical, and innovation ‑ minded summer intern to join our Sourcing team – This team supports our customers by managing the end ‑ to ‑ end sourcing of all packaging and consumables, ensuring restaurants always have the right products at the best market price.They’renow developing tech ‑ enabled tools that automate data analysis so they can focus on strategic, value ‑ driven pricing. Over the course of7 weeks,you'llgain hands ‑ on experience building and testing agentic AI models, supporting the creation of tools that will shape our future ways of working attms. This isa great opportunityfor someone curious about how emerging technology can transform sourcing in a fast ‑ paced global agency environment. This intern will support the Sourcing team with day‑to‑day AI model development and testing, including assisting with data preparation, analysis, and organization for forecasting and benchmarking tools. You will have the opportunity toparticipatein cross-functional innovation sessions, help track action items, and collaborate with Production, Client Services, Creative, and Technology teams to support AI‑led projects. You will also conduct research into emerging trends in AI, automation, materials, and product innovation while learning how AI can improve decision‑making around cost, quality, sustainability, and product performance. Throughout the internship, you will gain hands‑on exposure to AI‑driven projects and data models for globally recognized brands, build your understanding of forecasting, benchmarking, and classification, and grow your confidence working with emerging technologies in a professional environment.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Rising Junior, Senior,orRecent Graduate GPA: 3.0 or higher Solutions-orientedwith critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Stronginterpersonal skills, enjoys building relationships and working with others Proficient inMS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong time and project management skills, comfortable juggling multiple tasks Excellent oral and written communication skillswith an Analytical mindset Resourceful and a proactive self‑starter Passion for AI, innovation, emerging technology, or data science Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and new digital tools Interest in marketing, product development, or procurement is helpful but notrequired A team player with a positive, can ‑ do attitude Hourly Rate: $20/hr
