TRANSPLANT NEPHROLOGY PHYSICIAN

MaineHealth Division of Nephrology is seeking a full time Transplant Nephrology physician to join their well-established, collegial group in Portland. We provide a full array of clinical services that encompass acute and chronic kidney disease, renal replacement therapy, apheresis, critical care and interventional nephrology, kidney transplantation, renal sonography, and kidney biopsy. This physician will spend a significant amount of time in the transplant nephrology practice caring for pre and post kidney transplant recipients and living donors both inpatient, outpatient, and in consultation on a variety of medical units at Maine Medical Center. This position offers: Teaching and mentoring nephrology fellows, IM residents and medical students from the Maine Medical Center-Tufts University School of Medicine Medical School Program. Academic appointment at Tufts University School of Medicine. Team-based care model with collaborative approach to care.
