You will be on the front lines of customer service, using your smile and positive attitude to enhance the member’s shopping experience. What You'll Do Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products; collaborate with cross‑functional teams; educate associates; and provide exceptional customer service while adapting to shifting business needs. Be an Expert: Understand produce quality specifications; prepare and package products to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; comply with all relevant regulations and company policies. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support associate engagement. Be an Owner: Drive performance of the area, manage inventory, eliminate waste, guide peers, and prioritize customer needs. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, model high‑quality service, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments efficiently, collaborate across teams, prioritize tasks, and recommend improvement opportunities.
