Since 1996, MSS has taken pride in retaining some of the best talents in the industry by promoting a culture of respect, collaboration, and empowerment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupervise the lay out, assembly, and installation of various sizes and types of piping.Direct others on work activities and organize scheduling of resources.Read blue prints and equipment packaging lists for assembly.Solve simple job related problems and bring solutions to the superintendent or project manager.Ability to work with a variety of tools, large machines and specialty equipment.Support the Superintendent and Project Manager to complete the project in a timely manner.Provide the best quality and productive work without contact reminder.Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.Qualifications and Education RequirementsPhysical Demands: Occasional sitting, frequent stooping, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and climbing. Constant standing, walking, reaching and gripping. Vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to talk and hear. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
