Multi-Site Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Multi‑Site Finance Manager to join our team as a strategic partner across multiple manufacturing locations. This role is a key member of each site's leadership team and is responsible for delivering financial analysis, insights, and control support that drive operational performance. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Finance, the Finance Manager plays a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining SOX compliance, supporting strategic and continuous improvement initiatives, and driving cost transformation efforts. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Partner with the Plant Manager to develop accurate financial plans and forecasts that reflect transformational cost initiatives. Lead the month‑end, quarterly, and annual close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Maintain a forecast accuracy rate of at least 95%. Champion financial aspects of key initiatives such as Master Planning, Loss Analysis, and TMOS implementations. Provide financial insights and track progress on timelines, savings, and key decisions. Identify and drive opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred. 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting is required. Strong knowledge of P&L management, financial systems, and accounting principles. Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and levels. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment. Skilled in project management and process improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Experience with BPC, or BI tools is a plus. Experience with ERP Systems (SAP) is strongly preferred. High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and lead within a matrix organization.
