Job Duties / Responsibilities? *
- Planning and providing nursing care, including pain management.
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Recording treatments and lab results
- Documenting patient information and following physicians’ orders
- Continually assessing and addressing enrollee needs and impact on HEDIS
- Developing, updating and coordinating the patient’s plan of care to achieve patient goals
- Providing treatment and support to individuals with mental illness, substance abuse, and other behavioral issues
Job Requirements: Experience / License / Certification / Education etc.
At least 1 years’ experience- Required.
BLS – Required
RN License
What is the schedule? *
