This position involves providing high-quality patient care in a Post Anesthesia Care setting, functioning as both a caregiver and care manager. The RN will oversee patient recovery processes, coordinate care, and supervise other caregivers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Job Details Position Description: This role is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within the PACU. Functions include performing patient assessments, ensuring adherence to care plans, and supervising support staff as needed. Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; current Washington State RN Licensure; HCP Level of BLS (Basic Life Support) certification within 30 days of hire; experience as an acute care registered nurse preferred; minimum one year of RN experience preferred for specialty nursing departments. Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: May be required to function as a Charge Nurse, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain professional growth through seminars and certifications. Position involves frequent physical activity including lifting up to 30 lbs and performing CPR.
