Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Foxglove Wellness & Rehabilitation – Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living Location: Ankeny, IA Schedule: Three 12‑hour shifts weekly (Day & Night Shifts Available) Compensation: Competitive hourly rates

Foxglove Wellness & Rehabilitation is a newly acquired Skilled Nursing Facility and Assisted Living Community committed to elevating resident care through compassion, clinical excellence, and teamwork. We are building a refreshed, supportive culture and seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs who are passionate about serving older adults.

Your Responsibilities

Monitor residents’ conditions, assess needs, and respond with timely, high‑quality clinical care.
Provide nursing care in a caring, respectful, and compassionate manner.
Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.
Perform routine nursing procedures including vital signs, injections, wound care, treatments, and documentation.
Administer medications safely and accurately according to physician orders.
Maintain clear, timely charting to support quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Support residents and families with education, reassurance, and exceptional customer service.

What You Bring

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond quickly to resident needs.
Compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work collaboratively with the care team.
Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and ethical practice.
