Established Legacy: 35+ years of global success in tech & talent solutions Career Growth: Clear progression path with mentorship, coaching, and ongoing training Dynamic Culture: High‑performing, supportive team with a startup spirit Flexible Working: Hybrid model with 3 days in‑office (Orlando) and 2 days remote Direct Impact: Help shape the future of telecom and broadcast by placing world‑class talent What You'll Be Doing Source, screen, and qualify technical candidates across telecom, broadcast, and media sectors Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process: from sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding Partner with Account Managers/BD Executives to understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies Conduct in‑depth interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and career motivations Maintain accurate candidate records, update CRM/ATS systems, and track recruitment KPIs Provide a consultative experience for candidates, guiding them through the process and positioning GCS as a trusted partner Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and talent shifts in the telco/broadcast industry Who We're Looking For We're looking for ambitious recruiters who thrive in fast‑paced, people‑focused environments. 1‑3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in‑house) – tech/telecom/media recruitment is a plus Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills Self‑motivated and target‑driven, with resilience to thrive in a performance‑led culture A true team player with a passion for people and technology Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $45,000–$65,000 (experience based) Commission: Uncapped, with high earning potential tied to placements Hybrid Flexibility: 3 days onsite in Orlando, 2 days remote Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Career coaching, recruitment training, and mentor ship Ready to Recruit with GCS?
