The CORE Institute is seeking a senior inpatient coder to review and abstract complex orthopedic spine surgery records, assigning ICD-10-CM/PCS, DRG, POA, and discharge dispositions. You will code high-acuity cases across cervical, thoracic, and lumbar procedures and revisions, providing real-time coaching to the coding staff.
