This Indian Health Service facility delivers outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages within a government healthcare environment in Minnesota. The facility operates with established clinical protocols consistent with Indian Health Service delivery standards and maintains full support staff to facilitate daily clinical operations. Clinical workflows are structured to support consistent and quality primary care services for the patient population served.

Minnesota offers a range of outdoor and cultural experiences suited to varied interests, including the North Shore Scenic Drive, state parks, Minnehaha Falls, and scenic waterways suited for canoeing, kayaking, and sailing. Clinicians will provide outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to patients of all ages at an Indian Health Service facility in Minnesota, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Clinical responsibilities encompass general family medicine services, including the management of acute and chronic conditions across all age groups. No call coverage is required for this assignment. Board certification is required, and full support staff is available on-site to facilitate daily clinical operations.
