Ensures alignment between TMNAS stakeholders and the NTT DATA delivery pod, manages scope and risk, and drives the engagement toward production readiness and future enterprise rollout.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn engagement governance, delivery accountability and stakeholder alignment with TMNAS leadership and the Business Relationship Manager.Manage scope, schedule, budget (Fixed Price) and risk across the Base Scope and optional add-ons (UW enablement, FICOH, TMA).Provide AI delivery leadership; steer solution direction, prioritization and value realization.Lead executive readouts, weekly status reports and change management; resolve escalations and fix issues.Coordinate the pod (Architect, BA, PM, Engineers) and ensure deliverable quality and knowledge transfer.Mandatory Skills5+ years leading AI/data delivery engagements or consulting programs end-to-end.Strong grounding in Generative AI / RAG solutions and the ability to converse credibly on architecture and trade-offs.Insurance domain background; experience managing Fixed-Price, Agile, multi-shore delivery.Excellent client management, executive communication and commercial acumen.Hands-on Custom RAG exposure within a delivery context.Preferred / Additional SkillsKnowledge of ImageRight (Vertafore) and insurance Claims/Underwriting workflows.Experience scaling AI pilots to enterprise rollout across business units.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
