Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial discussions to successful placements.
• Act as a Strategic Client Partner , gaining insight into their hiring challenges, requirements, and cultural fit.
• Source Candidates Intelligently through our specialized CRM/ATS and leveraging your expansive network alongside our communication tools.
• Utilize Our Platform to manage candidate interactions efficiently, maintain organization, and automate communication.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that yield long-lasting benefits for clients while maximizing your commission potential.

• An entrepreneurial spirit aimed at building a sustainable career
