Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Financial Modelling & Project Finance Consultant to support a large scale infrastructure and real estate development project.

Key Responsibilities

Build detailed financial models and long term projections

Prepare project cost, CAPEX, revenue, EBITDA and cash flow forecasts

Develop phase wise and year wise funding requirements

Create revenue and business assumptions

Calculate IRR, NPV, ROI, DSCR and other key financial metrics

Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis

Support debt and equity funding analysis

Prepare financial presentations for management, investors, banks and other stakeholders

Preferred Profile

8+ years in financial modelling, project finance or corporate finance

Experience in infrastructure, real estate, PPP or large capital projects preferred

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills

CA / CFA / MBA Finance preferred

Big 4, investment banking, infrastructure advisory or project finance background is an advantage
