Radiology Tech - Interventional Radiology Tech

Interventional Radiology Technologist
Schedule: 4x10 days (10-hour shifts, 07:0017:30)
Requirements:
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
- 1 year of IR or related technologist experience preferred
- Required procedure exposure: Y-90 chemo delivery, GI bleeds, TPA, vein sampling, Phase II recovery
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support interventional radiology procedures including embolization, biopsies, and stent placements.
- Manage patient care during Phase II recovery.
- Assist with GI bleed management and TPA administration.
- Conduct vein sampling as needed.
- Serve in circulator and scrub duties during procedures.
Compliance / Notes:
- Required to have references covering 1 year within the last 3 years.
- Pre-approved time off: 1 (per contract).
- Call: overnight roughly once per week.
- Weekend requirement: every 5th or 6th weekend.
