Accountant
Accountants, here is an opportunity where your experience will make an immediate difference.
Our client in Vancouver, Washington needs an experienced Accountant for a temporary assignment supporting a busy accounting department. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and can help keep important day-to-day accounting moving.
As the Accountant , you will assist with:

Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Preparing and posting journal entries
Completing account and general ledger reconciliations
Researching discrepancies and helping resolve outstanding items
Supporting credit card and expense reconciliations
Pulling accounting data and preparing routine reports
Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation
Assisting with month-end accounting activities
Stepping in on additional accounting priorities and projects as needed
You will be joining a team that needs someone who can learn established processes , ask thoughtful questions, and work independently once oriented. If you enjoy being the person who can step in, organize the work, and keep things moving, this could be an excellent fit.
To be considered, you should have:
- BA\/BS in Accounting
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, AP, and AR
- Previous experience working within an ERP system
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to shift between priorities
