Responsibilities include monitoring patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is essential for patient safety. Strong communication skills are required to educate patients and families. The RN will perform assessments and develop individualized care plans. Documentation of patient care in the electronic medical record is necessary. The RN will participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings. Adherence to infection control standards and safety protocols is a must. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed is required. A positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care are important.
